Ibn Aliyy Plantain City is a managed farmland offer from Ibn Aliyy Homes Realty. You purchase a titled plot of land in Olode, Ibadan or Eiyekorin, Ilorin. Ibn Aliyy documents it in your name, plants the plantain suckers and runs the plantation until harvest.
There is no farm to visit, no labourers to hire and no crop cycle to learn. You get the land title, the plantation and a recurring share of what it produces, while our team does the daily work on the ground.

Ibn Aliyy manages the farm
Weeding, fertiliser application, pest control and harvest logistics are carried out by the farm management team through the growing season.
You receive your share of the harvest
You are paid 80 percent of the plantain bunches produced, or their equivalent value, each harvest season.
